online writing workshop now liveI’ve come to believe that everything comes down to feeling safe and seen. Not fixed, not optimised, not performing and definitely not perfect. Just safe in your body, and honest about your mind: whose beliefs are these, whose values, is this dream even yours, or borrowed from a patriarchal, capitalist script? What actually lights you up?
And it's okay not to know. Try things on, take them off again. We're allowed to explore, shift, change, experiment without fear or judgement. Nothing's final just because you tried it on. We’re not meant to be perfect and have it all figured out.
Sometimes the most powerful influence is simply someone beside us who makes it feel safe to be exactly who we are, fears, shame, judgement and all. You're okay, and you're seen, and you deserve to feel it. Maybe this community gets you there. Maybe I can support you on the way
I've tried on a lot of systems over the years, and I’ve taken my fair share off. For now, I've come to rest with three pillars that have stood the test of time, tears, travel, heartaches and breakthroughs: writing and conversation, Human Design, and embodiment work that weaves yoga and somatics.
❋ writing workshops
Craving creativity? Connection? Conversation that challenges your ideas instead of confirming them?
Active participation and experience in writing are NOT required. Openness is, however, highly encouraged.
❋ HUman design readings
Human Design is a synthesis of astrology, I Ching, and Kabbalah.
iT’S an energetic, mechanical system that shows you how your aura operates in the world, how your energy is felt, and how you receive what's around you. Mostly, though, it's your personal how-to manual: how to make decisions, how to know what's actually correct for you versus what's conditioning, what your gifts are, and what you're here to master.
❋ Yoga meets embodied somatics
Creating a healthy relationship with your body is something most of us spend a lifetime battling, or working toward. For me, that's certainly been the case.
This is a space to move from intention, to be kind, to be accepting, to be loving.
I hope it's never pretty, or perfect, or aesthetically pleasing on purpose. But I do hope it helps you feel safe, connected, and empowered in your body and your movement.

always a student first, always learning and unlearning.
For years, yoga was my life. It was the first tool, the first system that actually made me feel better. It taught me how to stop holding my breath, stop clenching my belly, and how to manage my anger so I could stop moving through life like a hurricane.
*Still somewhat a hurricane. Just a more regulated one.
But somewhere along the way I lost the true essence of yoga. The same way a lot of the West has. It stopped being about the inner experience and turned into a performance instead of a practice, something to get, rather than something to be.
Teaching was always my greatest joy, but I came to see that the yoga I was teaching wasn't fully in service, even if that was my intention.
I'm still figuring out how to hold yoga with true integrity, still unlearning the version of it that's been whitewashed.
I still believe that the purpose of Yoga is to make you feel better, but it’s also, ultimately, to unify. As Susanna Barkataki encourages us to ask, “Is what I’m doing creating more separation or more unity?”
